Tricker's of England Factory Tour - Part 1
Daily fashion and lifestyle blog Highsnobiety has teamed up with legendary shoemakers Tricker's for a behind the scenes insight into the Northampton based, family run factory. The business dates back to 1829 and although the family name is actually Barltrop it wasn't until 1862 when company founder Joseph Barltrop's son, Walter James Barltrop married Claire Louise tricker and decided Tricker had more commercial value, the newly branded company would soon become one of the most highly regarded names in British shoe making history and a firm favourite in The Content Store. Shop Tricker's online below and stay tuned for Part 2 of the tour coming soon.

Introducing: Tricker's of England
Ever since the first pair of shoes were rolled off the production line in 1829 Tricker's of England have continued to hand make their shoes and boots whilst hardly changing the original method. The family run business which is based in Northampton use only the finest of calf leather to create the uppers for their footwear, this combined with goodyear welted soles and a handmade construction ensures nothing but the highest of quality. We are pleased to announce that you can now purchase Tricker's from us here at The Content Store.
