Set up in 1986, Museum's garments are inspired by authenticity and are functional, useful and durable, while also having a modern aesthetic design. Fusing together a combination of fabrics, their collection provides an impressive selection of vintage laundered cotton, fleece, leather and nylon. The Down Lined Hoodie combines a classic zipped hood with the benefits of a real down filled jacket, it's premium super heavy jersey is perfect for the winter months and is complimented with dual hoods. Illustrator Ben Lamb's input is extremely creative and adds a fun narrative to the collection.

Here, utilitarian styling in a modern colour palette combine with the meticulous attention to detail for which the brand is known. Lee 101 Autumn/Winter '14

The Lee story began when Henry David Lee headed west after starting a bright business career on the East Coast but unfortunately had it struggled by his bad health. Against the advice of his doctor, Lee headed to the opportunity he saw in Kansas, where he founded Lee Mercantile in 1890. Seizing on the lack of local quality goods and the natural central location of Salina, KS, Lee pushed his work wear division and the Dungarees became his flag product. It sold instantly, in part because the designers catered to the men wearing them and made them easy to slip on and off and innovated with the now classic zipper.

Lee has grown over the last century, in large part to smart marketing and sponsorships including the founding of the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. By closely associating itself with the American Southwest, the jeans built a strong and loyal base among the western crowd and has been a household name across the globe ever since. The brand started out as a manufacturing company who produced merchandise for brands such as Penfield, L.L Bean, Land's End and Colorado to name a few. They've now branched out to develop their own clothing brand and the result is outerwear that can be worn while hiking, camping, paddling or just strolling through the city. Using premium materials such as 340G 550 Fill Power 90/10 White Duck Down for their insulated jackets and tough Nylon Ripstop cotton for outers the new, but not so new brand has raised the bar this season for essential Winter outerwear.
